I (blackoes) have the right to decline any photo shoot request without stating reason. I may delay or reschedule a shoot due to ongoing life events or other circumstances.

I have the right to cancel a photo shoot request due to poor communication, breach of my Terms of Service, or other unstated reasons.

Currently, I will not shoot photos after sundown or in poorly lit areas, though this will likely change in the future

I will do my best to ensure you are comfortable during the shooting session. Please alert me if you feel overwhelmed, anxious or uncomfortable at any time.

By commissioning me, you must have sufficient funds before proceeding with an in-person shoot. I will not accept any IOU's.

Photos are $25 per final edited image. Why? The cost helps cover travel expenses, camera gear, editing hardware, my website, and general wear and tear on my equipment.

All final photos will be of equal or similar quality to what is seen in my gallery. I take pride in providing high quality images and may give a discount if I am not satisfied with what I am able to deliver.

You will be required to pay half of the agreed amount before any in-person shooting takes place. The other half is to be paid once you have chosen the photos you'd like to be edited. You may also choose to pay in full upfront if you wish.

I accept bank transfer or PayID. All payments are to be in AUD unless discussed otherwise.

If you have made the first half-payment and wish to cancel, and no shooting has taken place, you will receive a full refund.

If you have made the first half-payment and shooting has taken place, but I have not started editing, you will not receive any refund. You will not be required to make any further payments and the photos taken may be deleted to free up space.

If you are suddenly ill or unwell, you will notify me and we will reschedule/cancel. No fee will incur :3

To begin the process, I will ask for approximate photo count and location. These details must be confirmed before the in-person shoot, though photo count is flexible post shoot, in some cases (continue reading).

You may provide examples of poses/locations/composition/framing for me to reference.

The shooting session will run until I have enough high quality shots to deliver the requested amount of photos.

After the shoot, I will sort through the photos, removing duplicate and blurry images. I will then send you the remainder to choose from for me to edit. This can also be done over a discord call.

If you decide to increase the requested amount of photos during or after the shoot, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

If you decide to decrease the requested amount of photos after the shoot, in most cases, you will be charged the initial agreed amount because of time spent shooting.

You may provide examples of editing styles/colours for me to reference during editing. If you do not provide anything, I will edit in a style that I determine fits the scene best. See my gallery page or socials for examples.

I dedicate myself to one project at at a time, and I may contact you during the editing process to ask for preference on some aspects of the photos, such as cropping or colour grading. Failing to reply within reasonable time may result in delays to receiving the final photos.

The final edited photos will be delivered within 1 month of shooting. I will keep you updated and you may receive a discount if I encounter any delays.

You will receive the photos via discord (or another agreed method). RAW files are not included.

All photos acquired from me are under copyright. To simplify, this means that your character/suit is your idea, but the image produced by me is my property may not be distributed or used commercially without my permission.

You may upload my images to your site or social media. You may use them for any non-monetized personal use, including but not limited to, icons, wallpapers, profile assets and personal site display.

When uploading photos to your social media or site, you agree to crediting/tagging my profile on the same platform, or in the case I do not have an account, you will link my website.

The photos will be delivered containing an unobtrusive watermark of my name. You are not allowed to obstruct, crop or edit out my watermark.

You may not re-edit, apply a filter to, or alter my photos without permission.

Cropping or resizing is allowed so long as the watermark is unaffected.

By commissioning me for photos, you agree to comply with my Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in denial of future service.
